Admission to the MBBS program should be made purely on the basis of merit obtained in the NEET (UG) – 2020 Examination.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF COUNSELLING:
At the time of counseling/ allotment of seats for the M.B.B.S. program, the candidate must bring the following documents:
ORIGINAL documents and one set of colored self-attested photocopies of the same:
- Score Card NEET (UG)
- Admit Card of NEET (UG)
- High School (Class X) certificate as proof of date of birth.
- Mark sheet of the qualifying examination (Class XII.)
- Passing Certificate of the qualifying examination.
- Recent Character certificate from the school/college last attended.
- Transfer Certificate / School leaving certificate.
- Migration Certificate. (if applicable)*.
- Gap year Affidavit (if applicable).
- Category or Sub-Category Certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Six passport size photographs and two stamp size photograph
- Two Blank nonjudicial stamp papers of Rs.10/- each for affidavit against ragging to be signed by student and parent.
- Domicile for candidates claiming to be permanent residents of Uttarakhand.
- Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from abroad have to give an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (a Government of India agency).
*Migration Certificate to be submitted at the time of enrolment.
(v) While reporting for counselling/admission, all the relevant certificates in original are to be submitted for verification. If original documents are in the custody of some other colleges/institutions, a colored self-attested photocopy of the same must be provided at the time of counseling, however at the time of issuing of admission order the candidate will have to submit the original documents for verification.
