Bihar NEET State Counselling 2023:
- Go to the official site (www.bceceboard.com) or access the below-given link.
- Click on the registration tab, and enter the required details.
- Log in with your username (registration/roll number) and password.
- Fill in the choices and lock them.
- Wait for the result of the Bihar NEET 2023 first counseling.
- If the seat is allotted, visit the respective college with the documents.
- Else, participate in the second counseling.

Important Instruction:
- If a seat is allocated, Report to the Allotted Institute, and complete Admission formalities, and required documents.
- Candidates, who have not been allotted any seat in the first round of allotment, go for second counseling, login, modify, fill in fresh choices and lock their choices.
- Those candidates who have allocated seats in first-round counseling can also apply for second counseling.
- Joining at the allotted Institution is necessary if the candidate allotted seat fails to join the allotted college/seat within the stipulated time, before the last date of joining (as per counseling schedule), the allotted seat will be canceled and the candidate shall not be eligible to take part in further Rounds of the Online Counseling.
Required Documents (Original and Photocopies):
- NEET UG 2023 Admit card.
- Score Card/ Rank letter issued by CBSE NEET 2023.
- Date of Birth Certificate (Class X mark sheet).
- Class 10th passing Certificate.
- Class 10+2 passing Certificate.
- Class 10+2 Marks Sheet.
- Eight Passport size photographs same as affixed on the application form.
- Provisional allotment letter generated online.
- Proof of identity (Adhaar Card).
- The Candidate should also bring category certificates.
- Domicile of Bihar state.
