Eligibility Criteria for SSC CHSL Exam 2019:-

Education – The applicants who are interested in applying for the Eligibility Criteria for SSC CHSL Exam must have done their HSC (12th) or its equivalent from a recognised board.

Application fee SSC CHSL Exam 2019-

The applicants who are interested in applying for the Eligibility Criteria for SSC CHSL Exam must pay the application fees. The application fees for the General category applicants is Rs.100 while the rest of the Reserved category and Physically handicapped candidates are not needed to pay any fees.

Exam pattern of SSC CHSL Exam 2019–

Paper I will be of 200 marks divided into four sections- General Intelligence, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness. Negative marking 0.50 marks will be there two hours will be given to complete the paper I Paper II will be skill based test which will test the Typing speed of the applicants. The candidates who qualify the Paper I can only appear in Paper II.


Selection Process of SSC CHSL Exam 2019–

General Intelligence:

SSC CHSL 2017 Exam will include questions on Semantic Analogy, Symbolic operations, Symbolic/Number Analogy, Trends, Figural Analogy, Space Orientation ,Semantic Classification, Venn Diagrams, Symbolic/Number Classification, Drawing inferences ,Figural Classification ,Punched hole/pattern-folding & unfolding , Semantic Series, Figural Pattern –folding and completion, Number Series, Embedded figures, Figural Series, Critical Thinking,
Problem Solving, Emotional Intelligence, Word Building, Social Intelligence, Coding and decoding, Other sub-topics, if any Numerical operations.

English Language:

Spot the Error, Fill in the Blanks, Synonyms, Antonyms, Spellings/ Detecting Mis-spelt words, Idioms & Phrases, One word substitution, Improvement of Sentences, Active/Passive Voice of Verbs, Conversion into Direct/Indirect narration, Shuffling of Sentence parts, Shuffling of Sentences in a passage, Cloze Passage, Comprehension Passage.

Quantitative Aptitude:

Arithmetic: Number Systems, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Algebra, Geometry, Menstruation.

General Awareness:

Questions are also designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of an educated person. It is also consist the topic related to the History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General policy and scientific research.
