HRD Ministry to give rebate to Phd holders. HRD (Human Resource Department) has decided to give rebate to those candidates who have done their PHD before the year 2009 or those who have done their registration. This initiative has been taken by the HRD (Human Resource Department) will provide relief to many of the PHD candidates.

HRD Ministry to give rebate to Phd holders 

This decision which is taken by the HRD (Human Resource Department) has provided relief to more than 5 lacs PHD holders aspirants of India. Ministry of Human Resource Department (MHRD) took this decision after the recruitments of Assistant Professor in many of the universities. 

As per Dainik jagran news, HRD Ministry to give rebate to Phd holders who have done their PHD before the year 2009 or those who have done their registration. Candidates can read this news in hindi to access the E-paper of Danik Jagran.

After the recommendation of the committee, a meeting is going to take place on the 4th of April 2016 in Shillong under the chairmanship of Smriti Irani which is the Human Resource Development Minister. In this meeting, the Human Resource Development Minister can declare the rebate on all the rules on the recruitment of the teachers which take place by the UGC (University Grants Commission). Now it would be interesting to see whether the rebate is offered to the PHD holders of India or not.
