How to Apply for DAV PG College Registration 2023 Online:

You are required to visit the official website of DAV PG College to register for admission via online mode.
There on the website, click on the ‘Register now option
After that, Enter your personal details like Name, Contact no., Email Id, and Academic Details like percentage of marks gotten in 12^th Standard, etc.
Now, wait for the release of the Merit list.

How to Apply Offline:

Applicants are required to purchase the OMR form by visiting the DAV College themselves in order to apply offline mode.
In the OMR form, they are needed to fill out the same details that they filled in online on the registration form.
After filling in the details, you will have to submit the same form before the deadline along with your important academic documents.
Now, wait for the merit list.

Step 1 to Apply Online:

Enter your active Mobile Number as a User id, and create your Password through a new registration.
Candidates will receive OTP (Time Password) on their mobile number and then verify their number.
After OTP Verification, the Registration form will open in a new window.
Fill in the Registration Form and submit it.
After successful registration candidates have to fill Merit Application Form separately for the separate course.

Note :

Enter your detail carefully, because, after submission of registration Name, the Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Category, Sub Category, and Resident of Uttarakhand can’t be modified (no correction).
The candidate’s Photo, Sign and Caste Certificate once submitted, can’t be modified.
The candidate’s Photo, Sign and Caste Certificate will be in .jpg format with a maximum size of 50KB.

Step 2: Merit Application

Select the Class/Course you want to apply to, and enter your qualifying examination marks (10+2).
Select your weight point (NSS, NCC, Sports).
Upload your Qualifying Examination Marksheet (10+2) and weight point document (if applicable) and submit it.
After submitting the merit application, take the printout of your merit application form.

All documents will be in .jpg format with a maximum size of 200KB.

Admission Process:

Registration– The Registration process for UG/PG programs can be done via both online and offline modes. The complete procedure to register for the Merit list is given above.
Merit list display – After registration, merit lists are uploaded by the College authorities on the college notice board and also on the official site of the college which is davpgcollege. in. The candidates must check their names in the merit list.
Documents Verification – After checking their names in the Merit List, the aspirants needed to submit their important documents to the College to get admission to their desired course. The list of important documents to be submitted to the college is given below.
Admission Fee submission – After the verification of all Documents by the college authorities, the aspirants needed to pay Admission fees via Bank Challan. After submitting the Admission fee, they must submit the fee receipt of the deposited fee to the College.
I Card – After some days, you will get your I Card from the college. You have to keep that I card safe.
