CEED 2022 Application Exam Date Pattern Eligibility Syllabus. CEED 2022 Application-Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED 2022) is the prerequisite examination for admission to M.Des and Ph.D. programs in design which is organized at the national level & is conducted by IIT Bombay on behalf of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.

CEED scores are valued & is used for admission to M.Des courses in IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Kanpur and in many other institutions.

CEED Application Form 2022:
- Application forms will be filled via online mode from the official website of CEED.
- Candidates who are unsuccessful to submit their application form on the specified date, they need to pay Rs-500/-(as the late charge) along with the application fee.
- The application forms will be ends in the month of November 2022.
- Candidates need to upload their scanned images(Photograph & scanned signature) along with their other necessarily documents(degree/diploma/category certificate)
Application Fee:
- For General candidates – Rs. 2200/-
- For SC/ST/PWD and Women candidates – Rs. 1100/-
- The payment will be made through DR/CR card or through Net Banking.
CEED 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: No age limit.
- Qualifying Examination: Must hold any degree/diploma/postgraduate degree of 4 years or 3+2 years (after 10+2).
OR
Should have passed the GD Arts Diploma course (10+5) by July 2022.
- Limits of Applying: No limits for applying CEET. Aspirants can appear CEED any number of times.
- Appearing Candidates: Qualifying & appearing candidates can apply for CEET.
Exam Pattern:
- Course: CEET examination lead the candidates to take direct admission to M.Des and Ph.D. courses in design.
- Number of papers: Part-A & Part- B, Part B is to check the candidate designing & drawing skills.
- Mode of Examination: Part –A (Computer Based), Part-B (Paper Based).
- Medium of the Question Paper– English.
- Types of Questions: MCQ & Numerical
- Number of Questions: Part-A includes totally 50 questions which contain 3 sections. Section-1 will contain 5 questions, Section-2 will contain 10 questions and the remaining 35 questions will be contained by Section-3.
- Exam Duration: Part- A-01 hr & Part-B-02 hrs.
- Marking Scheme: 02 marks will be awarded for every right answer.
- Negative Marking: There will be negative marking in Part-A, 0.6 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
CEED 2022 Admit Card:
- E- Admit Card will be issued to the applicants via online.
- Applicants can avail the official website of CEET and can download their hall ticket from the last week of December 2020
- It is mandatory for the candidates to bring the admit card on the date of the examination.
CEED 2022 Answer Key:
- Answer Key will be disclosed after the examination i.e. in the 4th week of January 2022.
- After receiving comments on draft Part-A answer key, the final answer key will be released in the first week of February 2022.
CEED 2022 Application Result:
- Result of CEED, will be declared on the official site in the second week of March 2022 (Tentatively).
- Merit List will be prepared on the basis of the Part-B exam.
CEED 2022 Score Card:
The anticipated date for the release of CEED Scorecard will be the third week of March 2022 & it will be valid only till 1yaer after the declaration of the result.
CEED 2022 Admission Procedure:
On the basis of CEED scores, candidates can apply in the respective institutions for taking admission. IIT Bombay doesn’t have the responsibility to conduct the admission/counseling process.
