Eligibility Requirements for NEET UG 2022:

Nationality:

Indian Nationals,
Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)
Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)
Persons with Indian Origin (PIO)
Foreign Nationals

Minimum qualification:

Applicants must have done there class 12th or its equivalent from reputed board or university.
Applicants who are appearing for Class 12 or equivalent in summer 2021 can also eligible to take part in this exam.
Those applicants who have done there class 12 or equivalent from an open school are also eligible to take part in this exam.

Mandatory subjects:

Those applicants should have passed class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and those candidates who have also passed Class 12 or equivalent with Biology as an additional subject are also able to apply

Minimum marks needed in the qualifying examination:

General category: 50 per cent
PWD category: 45 per cent
SC/ST/OBC: 40 percent

Age Limit:

The candidate minimum age to apply for the exam is 17 years as of December 31, 2021.
The rule specifying the maximum age limit of the candidate was challenged last year in the court of law. Thus, there is no upper age limit as of now and candidates older than 25 years of age applying for exam shall be provisionally admitted subject to the ruling of the High Court of Delhi.

How to Register for NEET UG 2022?

Candidates can register for the exam by simply visiting the official site of the authority.
After candidates need to find the “Registration” link and click on it.
Then candidates must have read the official notification carefully.
After that candidates need to click on the “New Registration” and fill up the registration form.
Candidates can fill up the registration with personal, educational and contact details.
Make sure that all filled details must be valid and correct otherwise form canceled.
After filling the basic details candidates also need to upload the documents in the given format.
Then candidates also need to submit the application fee as per govt rules.
After all that candidates need to recheck the application form and click on the submit button.
At last candidates must have take a print out of application form for the next process.

Application fees:

Candidates can pay application fee for the exam through online or offline both modes.
All candidates can pay fee through online mode such as Credit card, Debit card and NET Banking.
The offline mode of payment is Bank Challan.

Exam Pattern for NEET UG 2022:

The NEET exam will be held through offline mode. Pen Paper Based.
The paper will asked in various language such as: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Odia, Assamese, Telugu, Urdu and Kannada.
The time duration of the examination will be 3 hours.
In the exam MCQ type questions will be asked.
In the paper 180 questions will be asked by the official authority.
The exam will be of total 720 marks.
4 marks shall be given for each right answer. For each incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted

Candidates can make application correction online by simply visiting the official site.
The application correction will be starts in the month of May 2021.
After successfully application form submission candidates can make correction.

Candidates can download admit card by simply visiting the official site of the authority.
By entering the Name and DOB (Date of Birth) candidates can download admit card.
Without admit card candidates do not enter in the examination hall.
