Application fee:
- The applicants must pay the application fee for the exam.
- The application fee can be paid via Online modes of Debit Card or Credit card, NEFT, etc.
- They can also pay the fee via E- Challan which must be deposited in any SBI Bank Branch.
- The fee to apply for the BAMS/BHMS courses is Rs.1240
Eligibility Criteria for Assam BAMS 2023:
Nationality:
The applicants must be Indian along with a permanent resident of Assam.
Educational Qualification:
- They must have done their 12th from a reputed board.
- They must have done their 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subjects and have secured at least 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) in 12th.
- The age of the applicants must lie between 17 to 24 years as of 31st December 2022.
- NEET Rank Card.
How to Apply for Assam BAMS 2023:
- Selection will be based on the NEET Rank card.
- They must visit the official site in order to fill the Assam CEE Counselling registration.
- Before filling the form, they must enter their details in order to register themselves.
- Then after registering, they must fill the form and also upload their Photo and Signature there.
- Then they must pay the application fee (if applicable).
- Candidates can fill college choices and lock their seats.
- Wait for the seat allotment result.

Registration Process:
- All candidates can be applying to BAMS/BHMS/BNYS colleges can register for AYUSH 2023 Assam State Counselling on the Directorate of Medical Education Assam’s official website.
- The Assam BAMS Counselling will be held in two phases, both of which will be held online.
- All candidates must pass the NEET 2023 exam to be considered for DME Assam Counselling.
- State Merit List: The DME, Assam, would publish a merit list with the names of the selected based on their NEET 2023 scores. Only those candidates whose names appear on the list will be able to participate in the Counselling process.
- Before the deadline, eligible applicants must fill out and submit the Assam NEET application form.
