AIPMT NEET phase 1 controversy rises 01 May 2016. The case of the organising the Common Entrance Examination called NEET in this academic session was come forward in the Lok Sabha Session on the last Monday. The KC of Congress Venugopal stated that this decision has been taken in a hurry and is an impractical decision. This decision should have brought in action from the next year.

When he tried to held the govt. responsible for this decision then the Lok Sabha Minister Venkaya Naidu said that this is the decision of the Supreme Court. We have requested to hear the story of the states from the Supreme Court. But I cannot give the explanation on the decision. On the other hand, A hearing will take place today i.e on Tuesday dated 3rd May 2016 regarding the petitions filed by some stated such as Jammu & Kashmir, some Private institutes and other states etc.

These states and institutes have filed petitions requesting the Supreme Court to allow them to conduct the pre-decided examinations. The states who have filed the petitions in this regard are Jammu & Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Some Private Medical Colleges of Karnataka also have knocked the door of the Supreme Court in this regard.
