This entrance provides the gateway to gain admissions in UG as well as in PG programs i.e. in B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., and Ph.professional National Law University, Delhi. AILET 2022 Application Form:
Application form details are mentioned below:-
- First and the foremost step is that candidates need to register themselves.
- The Application form of AILET, 2021 can be filled only via online mode.
- The Registration process will be starting from 1st week of January 2022.
- Candidates need to fill all their details whatever being asked in the User Registration form.
- Candidates are advised to give their valid email ID &Mobile no.
- Scanned photograph/signature (between 10KB to 100KB) will be uploaded in JPEG format
- At last, submit and save all the details.
Application Fee:
The mode of payment of application fee is via online mode(through DR/CR card or through Net Banking) which amounts to Rs-3000/- (for general candidates) and Rs.1000/- (for SC/ST and Persons with Disability candidates).BPL candidates of SC/ST category are exempted from the application fee.
AILET 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility Criteria for different programs are mentioned below for AILET 2022:
For B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Course:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates needed to qualify the standard 10 2 from the recognized university of the board.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must secure 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
- Age Criteria: Must be less than 20yrs as on 1st July, 2022.
*Appearing candidates can also apply for the same.
For LL.M. Course:
- Qualifying Exam: A candidate must cleared their LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized university of board.
- Minimum Marks: Candidate must obtain at least 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PH candidates).
- Appearing candidates (final year students of LL.B.) can also apply for it.
For Ph.D Course:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidate must grab a master’s degree in Law from recognized university.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must obtain the minimum score up value of 50% marks.
- Minimum Marks: Candidate must secure the aggregate of 55% marks in equivalent examination (50% marks for reserved categories).
Exam Pattern:
- Question paper carries of 150 marks in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) while in LL.M. programme, there will be 100 MCQ question and 1 essay type question in law.
- The Paper will be composed of multiple types of questions
- Duration of the Entrance will be of 90minutes.
- 1 mark is awarded for each right answer
- There will be no negative marking

AILET 2022 Syllabus:
Syllabus for LL.M. will be covering – Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Constitutional LawCriminal Law, and Legal Theory. Syllabus for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) will consists of questions related to these subjects like English, Legal Aptitude Reasoning and Marks Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability General Knowledge (Current Affairs, General Science, History, Geography &Economics, ).
