AIPVT Eligibility 2023 Exam:
The All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT) was a national-level entrance exam for admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) degree courses offered by various veterinary colleges in India. However, as mentioned earlier, AIPVT has been replaced by the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to undergraduate veterinary courses in India.
To be eligible for the NEET (UG) exam, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Age limit: You must be at least 17 years old as on December 31 of the year of admission. The upper age limit for NEET (UG) is 25 years for general category candidates and 30 years for reserved category candidates.
- Educational qualification: You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board. You must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate in PCB (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates).
- Nationality: You must be an Indian citizen or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).

The number of attempts: There is no limit on the number of attempts you can make for the NEET (UG) exam.
